Well, here we are again.
Hard to believe we’re already wrapping up 2025. I love Christmas – for me, it’s about downing tools for a short time and enjoying family. We’re hosting this year, and I’ve been put in charge of entertainment (music, games, and keeping glasses full!). Secret Santa still fills me with dread, but what can go wrong with a scented candle?
On a serious note, I hope you can switch off over the holidays, spend time with those who matter most, and come back refreshed. We all need that pause to recharge.
The LMA team has grown and evolved this year – almost unrecognisable from last year. I’m proud of their work across membership, events, comms, and behind-the-scenes support. You can meet the LMA team here. Thank you for engaging with us and helping make 2025 a success.

2025 saw the launch of our Junior Board, giving junior professionals a voice. They’ve already made an impact – from FutureLend Amsterdam to shaping L&D priorities. Next year brings exciting plans, including a new podcast. Thank you for supporting them.

I’m very excited about 2026 and what we can do to support the loan markets. There is plenty to do but I know we will tackle it with the same energy and commitment that makes this group so special.
I want to say a heartfelt thank you to you all for your support, commitment and contribution in 2025. It has been a busy one and I am immensely proud of the great LMA team and what they have achieved with you this year.
